Built-in MM Phono Stage
Just getting into vinyl, or looking for an economical way of appreciating your favorite LPs all over again? The AXA35 is just the ticket.   You can use your turntable with the AXA35 without the need for a separate phono stage by using the MM input for the built-in MM phono stage. This connection brings out the best in turntables equipped with phono cartridges of the Moving Magnet (MM) or high output Moving Coil (MC) type (between 2-6mV output and 30-50k load impedance).

Convenient Front Panel AUX Input with Volume Boost
The front-panel AUX source input allows you to connect a portable audio device such as an MP3 player or streaming device directly into the front of the unit using a 3.5mm stereo connection. Once plugged in, this input is automatically selected.  Since the output level of portable music players tends to be quite low, the AXA35 adds a 10dB boost to the current volume setting when (and only when) the AUX input is selected.

USB Connection for Charging Your Devices
Here's an interesting feature you won't easily find on another manufacturer's integrated amp: a USB power 5V, 500mA connection. This USB connection is designed for charging or maintaining power to a device such as a streaming device or Bluetooth adaptor. Note that this is not an input and will not allow you to play audio directly to the unit. But it's a great convenience feature!

Front Panel Display
The front panel display of the AXA35 shows information such as the selected input source, volume level, and tone/balance level. The display is specially designed to be easy to read.

Headphone Jack
Enjoy private listening with excellent sound quality. The handy front-panel headphone jack allows for the connection of stereo headphones with a 1/4-inch jack plug. Headphones with an impedance of between 32 and 600 ohms are recommended. Plugging in headphones will automatically mute the loudspeaker outputs.
